In this course we will explore different approaches to Life Transitions:
From the yogic perspective and it’s applied tools, developmental psychology, and various indigenous approaches that include rituals and rites of passage.
This course invites you to look into your biography and re-write your life’s story from an expanded perspective.
It aims at inspiring us to be conscious during major life transitions, so that the challenges are not experienced only as a chaotic heavy burden but as a creative process of conscious becoming.
Becoming aware of our evolution makes us co-creators.
The experienced and creative teaching team will share their knowledge and curiosity for combining ancient and modern approaches and tools.
Recognize the biorhythms of life and understand how the cycles are affecting us ( 7 / 11 / 18 years cycles)
Recognizing our habits and looking into our approach to change
Death and dying – what is our relationship to it?
Rebirth – in this lifetime, with a healthy relationship to the past
Growing up, Maturing, Aging - with grace and purpose
