This course is dedicated to Marieke, a radiant soul. The profound bond between teacher and student transcends time and space, and her spirit continues to inspire me.

This 5 day journey will allow us to gain insight into the cosmic historical relationship between the masculine and feminine.

It invites a deeper reflection on the dynamics between women and men and on our personal stories as woman or man (inclusive of the gender spectrum), and the nature of any relationship.

This journey is inspired by Kabbalistic teaching on the cosmic journey of the dynamic between Sun and Moon as symbols of the masculine and feminine,

weaved with somatic practices, inspired by Kundalini Yoga, and the language and symbols of Yoga that tell the story of the body.

As my own identity as a teacher and a practitioner is shifting, and during times when the national/religious/ cultural identity is challenged, I’m exploring and changing the context of the traditional Kundalini Yoga, and the traditional Kabbala – that are both very creative in nature.

This teaching by the Ari is a weaving of a few stories from a few sources: Book of Genesis, Babylonian Talmud, and Book of Jeremiah) as he kept developing the key Kabalistic concepts of Sefirot (Spheres) and Partzufim (Faces), Kundalini yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan is a weaving from a few sources as well.

This is therefore also an invitation for you to be liberated from restricting structures, so that the essence can be distilled,  and to explore the possibility of allowing new interpretations and insights that might lead to new creations.

About Sarit Maor

Sarit Maor dedicated herself to two worlds: film and Kundalini Yoga. The experience of filmmaking connected her to the power of creative energy, while Kundalini Yoga taught her how to work with the physical expression of that energy.

The year 2020 brought with it a personal and collective crisis, which included stepping down from her role as a senior teacher trainer within the established organization, after many years of teaching across Europe, Turkey, and Israel. Following this transition, she began creating a new path that combines the art of story and the art of the body.
