מחרוזות תפילה לשלום 

 בכל שבוע אשתף בתרגול שהוא תכשיט של יוגה.

חרוזים של תנועה, נשימה, וקול נשזרים על חוט הזמן מתחילת התרגול ועד לסופו.
בכל שיעור, או מספר שיעורים, יהיה נושא לימוד, שיכוון את התנועה.
אפשר לחזור ולגלגל את החרוזים האלה בכל זמן שתרצו מההקלטה. 

אומנות היוגה היא אומנות שבה הגוף הופך להיות תכשיט, קמע חי, פועם, רוטט.

מחרוזות התרגול האלה הן שזירה של רצפים חדשים של תנועות ותנוחות בהשראת קונדליני יוגה,עם צלילים מהמסורות היוגיות השונות, וגם עבודה עם העברית כתדר של צליל.

אם אתם עייפים, חולים, או פצועים, אפשר רק להקשיב ולדמיין את הגוף נע,
פשוט לנשום ולשיר עם ההקלטה, וליצור יחד שדה תנודה של ריפוי, התחדשות, ושלום.

Prayer Beads for Peace

Each week, I will share a practice that is a jewel of yoga. 
Beads of movement, breath, and sound are strung on the thread of time from the beginning of the practice to its end. 
In each session, or over a few sessions, there will be a theme to guide the movement. 
You can revisit, repeat and roll these beads at any time from the recording.

The art of yoga is one where the body becomes a jewel, a living, pulsing, vibrating talisman.

These practice sequences are strings of movements and poses inspired by Kundalini yoga, with sounds from various yogic traditions, and also work with Hebrew as a frequency of sound.

If you're tired, unwell, or injured, you can simply listen and imagine the body moving, just breathe and sing along, creating a shared field of healing, renewal, and peace.
