sat nam (True Identity)
Sahasrara- thousandfold
We’ve reached the realms of the 7th chakra on our journey
Where the top of the head is crowned with thousand lotus petals
rooting in the spirit.
This is were we recognise the world is our teacher,
the Guru communicates with us through everyone and everything.
Remembering our True identity
and our Home in the infinite
We are able to perceive the form in the formless and the formless in the form.
Our belief system determines our experience and our understanding of the experience.
Are we open for new ideas?
Through the door of the dark circle
The night I’ve spent outdoors by the fire with the light of the full moon has been queit intense.
It feels like it took me from the strong experience of light and movement - of both the fire and the moon,
and their reflection in the inner landscape,
into the door of the yantra of Akasha.
The transition was unclear, I wasn’t sure were I’m transitioning to.
the dark circle was both very tight and tiny as well as very vast.
The intensity of the transition is followed by an unexpected release,
as many transitions are…
Saturday
SHABAT שבת
Earth in the 7th chakra
It is Saturday. The 7th day.
The Jewish tradition that has at its core a rhythm 7 days, considers this day to be a holly day, the day of rest.
In Hebrew it is called Shabat - which comes from the root Shin Bet Taf שבת, from which words like: to strike, to cease, to stop working, to return, to sit - are sprouting.
It is a day of remembrance: Remembering the creation of life on earth, and the exodus from Egypt, the transition from slavery to freedom.
There are different ways and rules about how to observe the Shabat on a traditional religious level.
The principle behind these traditions is to define a sacred time for remembrance of liberation, for pleasure and for elevation of the spirit.
The origin of this tradition is said to be rooted in the natural cycle of creation:
1 Now the heavens and the earth were completed and all their host.
2 And God completed on the seventh day His work that He did, and He abstained on the seventh day from all His work that He did.
3 And God blessed the seventh day and He hallowed it, for thereon He abstained from all His work that God created to do.-Genesis chapter 2
It also implies allowing everybody to rest on this day, so that the hierarchy of the mundane market structures are not applicable. All humans, all animals, and all of nature that the humans are normally using , are all given this rest.
14 but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; you shall perform no labor, neither you, your son, your daughter, your manservant, your maidservant, your ox, your donkey, any of your livestock, nor the stranger who is within your cities, in order that your manservant and your maidservant may rest like you.
15 And you shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord your God took you out from there with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm; therefore, the Lord, your God, commanded you to observe the Sabbath day.-Deuteronomy chapter 5
It makes me wonder… could the experience of the 7th chakra be a ‘Shabat’ of some kind?
After the intensity of the work throughout the week, the six days of labor, after the work through the 6 chakras, igniting the consciousness in each one of these centres, is it time to rest? A time for pleasure, liberation and spiritual elevation?

This song is traditionally sang at the ceremony on Friday evening, receiving the Shabat,
Receiving the blessings of the presence of the angels.

Day of Saturn
The English word Saturday is derived from Latin and refers to the planet Saturn which was named after the Roman god Saturnus.
As we know, the Saturnian qualities are such of boundaries and discipline.
We relate to Saturn as the “Tough Teacher”, it is about learning from our mistakes.
How does that relate to the spiritual pleasure of the Shabat?
Although being tough, the saturnian teacher has the same objective as any other real teacher; the aim is to bring one back to Ones’s Self.
In that sense the pleasure of the Shabat holds the fruits of the labour in the 6 days, the fruits of the labour of daily discipline.
Here as well, Saturn creates boundaries: it defines a sacred time.
COVID 19 - A collective Shabat
We can see it in this way as well, can’t we?
An invitation from the spirit to cease working and to remember that which we have forgotten.
It is a time for allowing all people from all positions of the market to pause and rest.
Nature has become another asset in that market, and time has come to cease the overuse and abuse of the divine creation.
Do you think we understand the message?
What are we going to change?
